For more than 34 years, I've had the privilege of serving clients, supporting advisors, leading teams, and navigating my own unexpected turns in the road.

Along the way, I discovered something that changed everything.

Every career is a journey.

Some days the road is smooth.

Some days we hit unexpected potholes.

Sometimes we take a detour we never planned.

And sometimes...

We simply need a safe place to pull over, catch our breath, and remember we don't have to travel alone.

That's why I created Helms Highway.

Not because I have all the answers.

But because I've learned that encouragement, practical tools, and one honest conversation can completely change someone's direction.
